How did i get here?

Hi, I'm Brandon Wasilewski - a Ventura REALTOR, proud resident, new dad, and someone who genuinely loves helping people buy and sell both residential and commercial real estate.

I didn't stumble into real estate. I grew up around it. Dinner conversations in my house revolved around escrow timelines, property values, and loan docs. I was absorbing the industry before I even knew what that meant.

When I moved to Ventura County in 2008 to attend CSU Channel Islands, I fell in love with the area immediately. The coastline, the community, the pace of life - it felt like home. I earned my degree in Communication, worked full-time at Apple, and served as VP and team captain of the university's lacrosse team. That chapter taught me how to lead, how to manage pressure, and how to show up for people who are counting on you.

After graduating I went deep into the business world - consulting local business owners on compliance and growth strategy, then joining Procore Technologies where I became a top performer on their business development team. I learned how to analyze problems, build relationships, and create strategies that actually move the needle.

But something kept pulling me back to real estate.

In 2018 I made the leap. I got my license, found an incredible mentor, and committed fully to building a practice in the market I love. Today I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate Ventura real estate with a proactive, strategic approach - backed by nearly a decade of experience, a deep knowledge of local neighborhoods, and a marketing system built for the modern market.

I live in Ventura Keys with my family. My wife and I recently welcomed our first child, which has given me a whole new appreciation for what finding the right home really means. It's not just a transaction. It's a foundation for everything that comes next.

When I'm not working with clients you'll find me surfing, mountain biking, golfing, or out in my woodworking shop. I also organize Chip In For Charity, an annual golf event that raises money for local Ventura nonprofits — because giving back to this community is something I take seriously.

I've built my business around one simple idea: if I take care of my clients, everything else takes care of itself.
