Hey there! I’m Brandon Wasilewski.

I’m a full-time Realtor, proud Ventura resident, outdoor enthusiast, nonprofit advocate, and someone who genuinely loves helping people turn big dreams into reality.

Real estate isn’t just my career. It has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Northern California surrounded by family members who worked in the industry. Dinner conversations often revolved around escrow timelines, loan documents, and property values. Even back then I was soaking it all in.

When I wasn’t hearing about real estate, I was outside. Skateboarding, playing baseball, racing BMX, or riding motocross. I have always had a lot of energy and a competitive spirit, and that mindset still drives how I approach business today.

In 2008 I moved to Ventura County to attend California State University Channel Islands where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communication. During that time I balanced several responsibilities at once. I worked full-time at Apple while serving as Vice President and team captain of the university’s men’s lacrosse team.

That experience taught me a lot about leadership, discipline, and time management. Skills that still play a huge role in how I serve my clients today.

After graduating, I stayed deeply involved in the community. I founded Ventura County’s first men’s lacrosse team, coached youth programs, and worked as a local business consultant helping entrepreneurs navigate tax compliance and state and federal regulations.

In 2016 I joined Procore Technologies where I became a top performer on the sales team. That role sharpened my ability to analyze problems, build relationships, and create growth strategies for companies using the world’s leading construction management platform. But eventually I realized something.

Corporate success was great, but I wanted to apply that same solutions-focused mindset to something more personal and meaningful.

In 2018, with the support of an incredible mentor, I made the leap and committed to becoming a full-time Realtor. Today I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Ventura real estate market with a proactive, strategic approach. My background in sales, consulting, and technology allows me to think like a problem solver. I focus on building your plan, analyzing data, and creating marketing strategies that help my clients win.

My goal is simple. Make the process clear, efficient, and successful while giving my clients the confidence to make the right move at the right time.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me outdoors. Surfing, mountain biking, playing lacrosse, golfing, or building something in my woodworking shop. Giving back is also incredibly important to me. I regularly volunteer and support local nonprofits, and I organize Chip In For Charity, an annual golf event that brings together local businesses and community members to raise money for Ventura nonprofits.

Helping people build a life here in Ventura is something I take seriously, and I’m grateful to do it every day.
