Hey there! I’m Brandon Wasilewski—a full-time Realtor, proud Ventura resident, outdoor enthusiast, non-profit advocate and someone who thrives on turning big dreams into reality. Real estate isn’t just my job; it’s my calling. In fact, been part of my DNA since I was a kid growing up in Northern California, surrounded by a family of industry pros.

Back then, if I wasn't listening to dinner conversation about Escrow's and signing loan docs you’d find me outside skateboarding, racing BMX or kicking up dust on the motocross track. Fast forward to 2008, and I moved to Ventura County to attend CSU Channel Islands. Balancing life as a full-time Apple employee while serving as VP & a Captain of the Men’s Lacrosse Team, I earned my B.A. in Communications with a focus on Business and Non-Profit Administration. Those years taught me the value of leadership, grit, and managing chaos while executing a plan, like a pro.

After graduation, I didn’t slow down. I co-founded Ventura County’s first men’s lacrosse team, coached youth programs, and worked as a small business consultant helping entrepreneurs tackle tax compliance and navigate state and federal regulations. By 2016, I joined Procore Technologies's Sales team and became a top performer, mastering the art of business development, client relationships, and growth strategy for the world’s #1 construction management platform. 

But here’s the twist: I wanted more than corporate could offer. I wanted to bring my solutions mindset and analytical approach to my true calling - real estate. In 2018, with the help of a great mentor, I followed my passion and committed to being a full-time Professional Realtor. 

Today, I lead a powerhouse team that’s restoring homeowner's faith in Realtors. My B2B sales background and consulting experience has turned me into a 'Solutions Engineer' with the experience, tools and systems to streamline processes, develop Proactive marketing strategies all while delivering top-tier service to my clients. With a tech-forward approach and an obsession with the mechanics behind success, I make buying, selling an exciting, informative and stress-free process.

When I’m not helping clients crush their real estate goals, you’ll find me soaking up life outdoors—playing lacrosse, surfing, mountain biking, golfing, or woodworking in my garage. 

I also believe in giving back, and supporting my community, which is why I regularly volunteer and serve as a board member for multiple non-profit organizations and organize Chip In For Charity, my annual golf event that supports local causes, promotes local businesses and brings our community together.
