Getting to know me

I'm Brandon Wasilewski, a full-time Realtor based in Ventura, CA. Raised around a family of real estate professionals in Northern California, I've always had a deep-rooted passion for the industry.

As a child, I enjoyed playing baseball and racing around the motocross track with friends. In 2008, I moved to Thousand Oaks and commuted to CSU Channel Islands. In 2011, while working full time at Apple and Vice President and Captain of the Men's Lacrosse team, I graduated with a B.A. in Communications, focusing on Business/Non-Profit Administration. 

Post-graduation, I helped develop Ventura county's first men's lacrosse team, and served as a small business consultant helping local business owners, navigate tax compliance, & state/federal laws. In 2016 I became a top-performer in business development for the world's #1 Construction Management Platform, Procore Technologies. 

After eight years of corporate success, I followed my passion into real estate and eventually starting my own team. My corporate skill-set translates into unparalleled service, making any real estate transaction seamless for those ready to make their next move. My corporate experiences sharpened my skills in sales, while also teaching me how to enhance business operations and educate others with effective communication skills. As a tech forward individual, I am constantly enhancing our processes and evaluating systems and marketing tto benefit our clients.

I run my business grounded in my personal values, ensuring all my clients are well-informed and receive exceptional service. In my spare time, I enjoy woodworking, mountain biking, surfing, golfing and playing lacrosse. When not enjoying the outdoors or helping others navigate the market, I help local non-profit groups and organize my annual charity golf event.
